I have come back to training after 2 years, but this time I am training in the garage instead of gym. My equipment is bench and 7 foot barbell 10kg + 123kg of weights=22+270lb.
This weight is enough for my bench press, but I have maxed out on DL after first training.
Another problem is that I cannot load the weights for the back squat, I used to do 120kgx8 but from the squat rack, not from bench, lol.
I managed to pick up 90kg but it is really awkward to put barbell back, and I don't feel confident yet to jerk 90kg above my head, especially after doing squats (no spotter).
Do you have any suggestions regarding my DL and squat or any other exercises I could do?

My program:
1 day
Bench press 3setsX8
Abdominal wheel
2 day
Clean and overhead press
Overhead squat 3setsX8
3 day
DL 3sets X8
BOR 3setsX8
4 day
Squat 3setsX8
5 day rest

I will change my program as I get in the better shape, and thanks to you guys I have started clean and overhead press and overhead squat, and it feels great.

First, read the stickies so you get a good idea of how to train properly. If you're doing 3x8 for everything you probably haven't read them.

If you can't do back squat, you can still do front squat and zercher squat off the bench rack. Those are both good exercises. To make deadlifts harder, you could try doing it zercher style as well.

Zercher means you carry the bar in the crook of your elbows.
