Hi guys how do you structure your training during the week im not working at the moment so have quite a bit of time. im thinking of training twice a day. mma and boxing in the evenings but im not sure how to structure my strength and conditioningin the am? what about 3 weight sessions 2 cardio HIIT. What do you think look ok? withe weights session i was gonna do whole body workouts using compound and explosive lifts.

Some more information would be usefull, what does your training currently look like? what areas do you need to focus most on IE your weakenesses, how long have you been training? what is your RHR? etc.

i havnt trained for a month due to birth of my baby daughter. been training for 5 years. im looking to drop quite a bit of body fat,get a bit of muscle back and more importantly get fit!!!

Well you may want to start with 1 a days for the first while, just to get going back into things. 2 a days are tough work. If you do skill work every day maybe go with 2 a days on mondays and thursdays to give yourself a good stepping stone for getting more training time in.

aside from that i don't see any issues on the surface that need to be changed. hard to say without knowing how hard your weight trainign is for example
