    In the beginning I did 3 x a week (M/W/F)

    Then later on M-Th

And even later on M-F (two a day lift mornings and box evenings)

Fast forward to today I do Mon-Sat, with Mon-Fri 2 workouts a day with boxing in the evening.

    Sunday is rest day

I train at the gym 3-4 times per week.
I do conditioning twice per week. (sprints, rope etc)

Then I train martial arts 5-8 x's per week depends on the program I'm doing.

Sometimes in the afternoon's 2-3 times per week, but mostly Mon-Friday evening for a couple hours.

I sleep about 8-10 hours a day, eat very clean and take Sundays off which includes sleeping in, and eating anything I want.

    I train 7 days a week. (kinda)
Muay Thai 5 days per week
    Lift 3 days per week
    Cardio/ sprints 2-3 times a week
Sunday is "rest day". I mainly just go on a good jog.

I get bored and restless when I have nothing going on.

Depends what you mean by 'train'.

    Formal classes 3 days
Strength and conditioning 5 days (stone breaking, stone wall building)
    Shadowboxing, stretching everyday.

Once I move on to a less physical job I'm gonna be in trouble!
