training help needed...please...

i've been trying to get in tip-top fighting shape for a while now...

i go to the gym every morning at around 5 am before school starts...

i was jsut wondering if anyone had any workout plans that you think would benifit me in the gym?

im talking specific training regiments, whether it be circuit weight training, cardio, etc...

thoughts? comments? opinions?
