I bought one and use it here and there - I have not returned to training as I have parents and friends who are in the vulnerable sector and last thing I want is to catch covid and pass it to them.

It's this one - I guess it would be better for mma type of grappling . . . ?????



It as it's limits though.

Also, if using a grappling dummy is good enough for Marcelo then it cannot be that bad.
