Was wondering if anyone knew how to acquire a cage for training purposes? Or how to acquire building plans for one.

Combat Sports International sells them,or if you have a fencing company nearby, you could find/make some plans and they'd probably be able to build it for you. That's what the mma school I go to is doing,we're fundraising right now to put a down payment together so they'll start building it.

thank for the info. I hold a partnership in a mma school and am co promoting for the northern most mma event in the world. Who drew up your plans for the cage? Or did the fencing company do it? Have the money just don't want to dump six grand if I don't have to!

Combat Sports has cages, if a full size one is out of your price range, they also have a half cage for training, I beleive.

That half cage is awesome if you dont have a lot of space and the prices arent too crazy

Do you know who actually makes the cages for the UFC? Ultimately I would like to build one.

We showed the fencing company different photos of cage designs, including UFC,KOTC,and the CSI catalog. We ultimately decided on a floor model that'll be bolted to the floor, but easily unbolted and moved when needed. We didn't want to go through the hassle of making a custom floor.
