I m getting ready for some grappling touraments, and possible muay thai fight in december....I ve been feeling wore down for a week now....Yesterday I finally got hit with the flu...I had temp body aches etc....Today the fever is gone with light coughing and headache.....When so you guys think I should start training again light...I just feel like my preperation for the fights is not good now and my cardio is going to be really hindered....However I want to be smart and not hurt my myself more rushing too soon....thanks guys just bored being home from work
