Training 4 days a week. When do i work out?

Hi guys.

Well, right now I'm training 4 times a week in BJJ and Muay Thai. I get home from school and go straight to my training so I have no time to workout.

The queastion: Can someone give me a good guildline on what to train? Should I do compounds on Friday and Sunday or should I do a 3 day split?
 
Do a two day full body split. Which days do you not train?
 
friday, saturday, and sunday.

I've been doing rippetoes for two months prior to this. Gained 7 pounds.


Ok, what about in the summer? Should I do a 5 day split: Workout in the morning and train in the afternoon, or a 3 day of coupmounds: workout in the morning and train in the afternoon?
 
train fridays and sundays in that case....

for summer. ... you can do the full sked of the Bill Starr 5x5
 
Train your BJJ and MT as much as possible in the summer. Lift in the mornings. Do a 3 or 4 day split. With that amount of training sessions (summer) a 2 day isn't necessary.
