the three of us (should have been hojak and the jake too, but something came up with dave) met at my school and we had a pretty good time. those guys are real tough and strong mofo's!!

jarrod and dave, youre BOTH gonna be there next time whether you like it or not!! :)

badboyusa was not like i had expected him to be. he was a lot bigger...much to my dismay ;)
 
Sorry we didn't make it tonight. I had to work. And Dave was Jake's ride and something came up. We will have time to train very soon tho. :)

LOL. I need legs as friggin' long as yours so I can have an annoying guard like you Machado. Thoroughly impressed with you and Wilhelm. Dude, Rigan is not joking when he says you'll be a champ in a few years.

Butter up your parents so you can take the 2 week HOC trial before the summer ends. That's gonna be fun. We can spar freestyle there. That'll be fun. Cya in a couple weeks after my vacation.

Maybe Wilhelm tapped me, maybe I tapped Machado, maybe he tapped us both, it's a secret until you can see with you own eyes. ;) All I will say on the internet is that Wilhelm and Machado are not all talk. You can quote me on that.
 
it really was a good time, i enjoyed training and talking with both of them.

:eek::eek::eek:gage... I feel bad about it but that's ok I had a very relaxed day at HOC... no training except for weights. Did my deadlifts and grip work. Deadlift 378lbs.... not record breaking but decent for me. Not like Trav's 500 or Hognutz 600 but for me it's decent.

I will do more boxing/kickboxing and jui jitsu next week. I can see myself becoming a very lean and mean machine if I kept training at HOC on a regular basis. And I need to. My boxing skills suck and my base is shit house - my experience is in tae kwon do for like 10-12 years and karate for 2.

The weight training area has a fair bit for a dojo. I was impressed actually. They got a decent squat rack. A lot of people think you need a heap of fancy weights and stuff to lift. You don't. HOC has plenty. Unless you're moving weights like Trav or Hognutz then this place has plenty for ya.

Jake. The way you're talking it seems that you might be relocating to LA permanently. What's the deal man? Keep us informed....If you stay in the states permanently you gotta take the trip up to NYC...I'll make sure to show you the sights. And I'm sure I could give you a run for your money in a drinking contest.
