    Hunt 29 fights
    - UFC Champions (6): Barnett, Mir, Lesnar, Werdum, Stipe, and Dos Santos
    - PRIDE Champions (3): Fedor, Wanderlei, and Cro Cop (GP Champ)
    - Strikeforce Champions (2): Mousasi* and Overeem x2
    - Major title challengers (4): Lewis, Bigfoot x2, Kongo, and Manhoef

    Henderson 47 fights
    - UFC Champions (12): Bisping x2, Vitor x3, Cormier, Shogun x2, Rashad, Machida, Franklin, Anderson, Rampage, Big Nog x2**, Newton, and Bustmante
    - PRIDE Champions (2): Fedor and Wanderlei x2
    - Strikeforce (4): Babalu x2, Mousasi*, Feijao, and Shields
    - Bellator (1): Lombard
    - Major title challengers (2): Arona and Kanehara

    * Mousasi was also a Bellator champion
** Nogueira was also a PRIDE champion

Hendo obviously has the deeper resume, but Mark Hunt basically fought 0 cans while also fighting at the heaviest division. Henderson was also fighting much bigger guys too, but he also fought smaller fighters. I never realized how ridiculous Hunt's resume is considering he was thrown into the fire against the elite without any fillers, really. What is tougher/more impressive to you? Not talking about who they beat, but strictly the murders row of opponents.

Not sure how to create a poll btw.

Nog was a Pride champion too

Id say Hendo. Especially when you consider their records against said fighters.

Imagine if Mark Hunt went on TRT during his UFC run.

Hendo has the best resume of the two and arguably has the best resume in mma.

I dont think anyone can name two fighters who have faced more and tougher competition then Hendo has.

I edited it; I didn't want to list those guys twice (Mousasi too) and mess up the count. Let me know if I missed anyone else.

IMO Hendo has the tougher resume as well...I think Hunt would be more comparable to a Roy Nelson (who may not have won all of them, but has, maybe surprisingly, fought a lot of high caliber competition)..Barnett, Mir, Arlovski, Kongo, Cormier, Stipe, Dos Santos, Mir, Overeem, Hunt, Big Nog etc..)

Not a bad comparison, but Nelson fought plenty of cans in the beginning. Hunt was throw to the wolves immediately.

I think Hendo. Hunt's is pretty good too. If you add in Hunt's k-1 fights tho, it's Hunt.

Imagine if Hendo was born with Samoan genetics like Mark Hunt.

Pride Era Champs = 10 points
UFC Champs Pride Era = 7 Points
UFC Champs Post Pride = 12 Points
    SF Champs = 10 Points
    Title Contenders = 5 Points
    Facing UbeReem W/L/D irrelevant = 15 Points

Add and Divide by Number of fights and you have a metric that gives you a definitive nonsensical answer

I’m too lazy to do the math, but... there’s a cubicle bound Sherdogger out there who’s motivated

Still amazing to me that in Hendo's entire career, he only got knocked out by two people. 2 knockout losses to the biggest cheater in MMA, Vitor Belfort, and a TKO loss to Mousasi.

Hendo being a 185 pounder and knocking out Fedor in Strikeforce gives him some bonus points, he knocked out the GOAT HW of his era.

    Hunt never fought a can?

He fought and lost to Sean McCorkle. Not hating on Hunt, because I think he's an amazing fighter...I'm just stating that fact

Hendo may have the toughest resume in the sport. Off the top of my head I can't think of a much worse one. His record against that level of competition is impressive as well. If you would have told people in 2006 that Hendo would beat Wand, Shogun, Fedor, and Franklin no one would have believed you.

That's fair, but my idea of a can is someone you've never heard of who had very few fights and were just regional fighters. For example, Hendo's first 2 opponents only fought a couple fights, respectively. Whereas McCorkle may not be great, but he's fought 24 times and against UFC caliber opposition. I wouldn't consider those equal. Just my two cents.
