Toronto area cop enters rap battle - vid goes viral

I don't give a shit if the crowd loved it. What does that matter? I'm sure the crowd would've loved a striptease too. The point is, she wasn't doing her job.

Cops can have fun on their own time, like everyone else. Two minutes is a world of time, when it comes to potentially stopping a crime. Nothing happened, so it's easy to not think of the potential consequences, but imagine if something did. She'd go from "Cool rapper cop" to "Careless, incompetent moron, who should never have been a cop".

I think she got more respect from the crowd by doing what she did. You are trying to engage with the community and make yourself more approachable. In the long run what she did is more productive to the community than if she never did that. Makes the cops look more human.

Corny but fun. TBH she probably got more respect from the crowd with that "goofing off" than she would have standing around looking hard.

It's kind of weird that this is being celebrated over here. There's your tax dollars hard at work.

You're on the clock you idiot. Your response time to a potential fatal crime could be delayed, because you're in a fucking rap battle.

Eh, it's York, part of the GTA, in Canada, not fucking Chiraq, calm your titties.

One thing they don't mention is that she's a former pornographic beauty

If she's paid security, she's still on duty, no? You don't see the cops at Jays games taking batting practice. It's not only unprofessional, but anything can happen at any time, and that's why she's there. She's not there to make friends.

I know I sound like wet blanket, but she was there to do a job. Imagine if something happened that she might've been able to prevent, while she was on stage trying to fit in with the cool kids.

Holy shit do the world a favor and never have kids.

I'm a police officer in the GTA, and have done many private security gigs in my uniform. what whe did wasn't wrong, in fact, its encouraged. but she sucked lol.

This is prepared ahead of time. I thought a real rap battle is 100% improvised.

I am seriously the most boring and predictable member on this entire forum.

th

Like I said, you're boring.

If you're not lazily altering posts with a word or two, you're slinging third grade insults. It's all you've got.

*yawn*

In Canada they rap battle to see who can give the best compliments.
