I don't give a shit what you say about angles, positioning, not seeing it coming, only one time, well-placed, etc. If you get fucking knocked out by Michael Fucking Bisping, your chin is a fucking disgrace and you have no business in this sport. Luke Rockhold has a top game from God, but he made up for it by giving him absolutely zero chin.

Bispings technique improved dramatically in the later portion of his career .skill wise he was at his absolute peak in the big run he had to the title. He dropped Anderson more than once two even if they were flash knockdowns.

Chuck isn't know for having a weak chin, it's just he'd taken too much damage by the end of his career. Jimi Manuwa should be on that list. He's got hands that will knock you dead but a one inch punch will drop him.
