Edit: Some might ask why Silva is still ahead if Weidman even though he lost but Hendricks is ahead of GSP, even thought he lost, I think Weidman has to prove it wasnt a fluke and Siilva wasnt messing around, while Johny proved for 5 rounds he was superior, again just MO

I just got down to werdum at HW rankings being number 6 and stopped reading. How the fuck can you put bigfoot and browne ahead of him?

pretty good list, but its kinda off

vitor belfort>chris weidman

lyoto> chris weidman

Nick diaz should be higher, he whooped gsp face, lost only cuz of the take down game

Big foot already beat him, and they both KO the guy that made Werdum look like pathetic, plus beating Mike Russow, Roy, and Old Nog does not get you number above them.

Overeem is kind of an anomaly at HW though. He has the skill set to beat just about anyone on any given day, but not the discipline, fight IQ, or possibly chin to do it consistently. He made both browne and bigfoot look pretty bad for a while too before blowing those fights.

Stopped reading there. Surprised you didn't rank Gus above JBJ.

Browne over Werdum..
Anderson over Weidman..
Hendricks over GSP..

not good at all buddy.

but cool that you put Rumble in the honorable mention.

i think the champions should be left out because until someone beats them, they are #1. but overall, its a really good list. you could do top ten in the ufc since you have some champions from other orgs too.

I've respect for your opinions. Judge on past performance and potential however you want - there's no need to incorporate what anybody else thinks.

Bigfoot did not beat Werdum.

It's all arbitrary, the #1 contender doesnt always fight the champion anyway.

Moreover, how can you even rank Silva ahead of Weidman without looking stupid? The champion is the champion.
