5 - Clay Guida. Might be a shocking pick but I think he’s one of the most accomplished LWs ever. He had a wild fighting style early in his career. Has wins over Pettis, Lauzon, Diaz, and Dos Anjos.
4 - Donald Cerrone. Of course Cowboy has to be in the top 5. He’s a good WW but a fantastic LW. He’s beaten pretty much everyone at LW except Dos Anjos. Has wins over Bendo, Gulliard, Alvarez, Miller, Oliveira, Stephens, and Barboza.
3 - Khabib/ Ferguson. I know I’m cheating with this one, but I can’t rank the other over the other. Tony Ferguson is the Interim Champ and honestly legit Champ. He’s had wins over Barboza, Dos Anjos, Thomson, Kevin Lee, Yves Edwards, and Tibau. Khabib is 25-0 in mma. He’s had never lost a round and been 100% dominant. Khabib has wins over Dos Anjos, Barboza, Tibau, MJ, and Trujilo. Together they are on a 19 fight UFC winning streak.
2 - Bendo. Benson Henderson is one of the greatest LWs ever. He has outclassed Nate Diaz, beat Cerrone, Frankie Edgar, Clay Guida, Josh Thomson, Jorge Masvidal, and Gilbert Melendez
1 - RDA. This might be controversial because he’s lost to three people that I have ranked below him. My argument tho is his accomplishments. First Brazilian UFC LW Champion. Has derailed the Pettis hype train, startched Bendo, dominated Nate Diaz, merked Cowboy when he was on a 8 FIGHT WINNING STREAK who were all in there prime when he fought them. Also he’s been successful in a higher weight beating Magny and Robbie Lawler. You

What a retarded fucking list

In whatever order because there isn't a clear distinct LW list.
Frankie, BJ, Gil, Aoki, Eddie, Benson, RDA, Gomi

I'd be impressed if we could come up with a collective top 5 on sherdog. I think it's probably the hardest weightclass to actually put together a top 5. No one guy really stands above the rest.

Penn, Edgar, Bendo, Alvarez, Melendez, Aoki, RDA, Gomi... Ferguson and Khabib will be in talks as well in another year or two

Khabib has two ranked wins on his resume: Barboza and Michael Johnson.

If he beats Tony and then Conor he can be on the list. Until then GTFO.

1. Conor McGregor
2. Conor McGregor
3. Conor McGregor
4. Conor McGregor
5. Conor McGregor

Whoever wins between Khabib and Tony can make a strong claim for the greatest LW of all time. Many people will say BJ because of the title defenses, but I see him more as a pioneer than a GOAT in retrospect to the current modern LWs.

No GOMI? The guy that was top P4P and LW fighter in early-mid 2000's? You guys are all dummies.

lw is a hard division to pick a top 5
