1. Fedor - Greatest of all time, at least among the holy trinity (GSP, Anderson, Fedor)
2. Bas - Pioneer of the sport, true Legend
3. Mirko - Perhaps the best MMA fighter to crossover from Kickboxing
4. Igor - Heavy hitter who dominated in his time
5. Arlovski - Multiple-generational great

Overeem
Schilt
Joachim
Gustafsson
Conor

Then you got Cro Cop, Arlovski, and then you can round it out with either Bas, Igor, Overeem, Mousasi, Sergei.

Iran is Asia. Mousasi is Iranian-born.

5. Bisping

If Conors career trajectory continues on the same upward path he will overtake Bisping...hell he's probably already there if he beats Aldo.

Jon Jones
Jon Jones
Jon Jones
Jon Jones
Jon Jones

His name is European

I have to leave Bas out cause old school Pancrase rules were so incredibly different to any iteration of actual MMA, even including Pride.

Fedor, Arlovksi, CC and Overeem are just easy. #5 becomes way harder.

There's a Sambo guy who's basically a European version of Jose Landis-Jons that I would consider putting on the list instead of Bas, but I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember his name.

Bas is one of, if not THE most overrated champs from the early era of UFCs.

That's all jacked up.

Bas doesn't deserve to be nearly so high. We all love Bas, but lets be real.

How many full MMA/NHB rules did Bas actually win? 2-3? All of those Pancrase fights were open hand strikes, with rope escapes and moon boots.

...

Yeah, so what. THAT was the origins of our sport. Guess what, at some point in Football (tackle) the Forward Pass was illegal, a Field Goal was worth more points than a Touchdown. In Basketball there was no 3-Pointer, in international rules you can Goal-Tend. In Baseball entire groups of human being were restricted from participating.

Pancrase was MMA, just likely different rules that Unified Rules.
