what are the top 10 kickboxing (muay thai and full contact karate included) promotion today?

i know glory is #1 and superkombat is #2 (k-1 no so well) ,beside that are there any else?

Besides from Thailand stadium promotions Kunlun Fight, K-1 and Glory have the highest level of fighters.

GLORY
SUPERKOMBAT
K-1
Kunlun
Enfusion
WLF
FFC (in Croatia)
Global FC
Respect World Series (the new Romanian promotion)
KOK

In no order. But Glory is first, yeah.

These are the top 10 now I think. Did I miss anyone? Maybe another from China? Or only WLF was after Kunlun? And WFL (the new Dutch promotion too) but only if it keeps going because it may not - it can collapse like A1 WCC. The Russian promotions are also solid but smaller. Like Legacy of the US for example.

Put Superkombat around place 5 and WLF after Kunlun and that's about right.

I removed WFL of the Netherlands, and put KOK. And I didn"t put them in any order. Glory is first and then the rest. He asked me about a top 10, not to rank them. I avoid the stupid discussions this way.

I wouldn"t remove GFC yet, maybe Amir of Dubai is returning.

Objectively, SK isn"t 2nd anymore but it"s still a first tier promotion. Glory is #1 and Kunlun #2, soon maybe Kunlun will even be 1st if it will improve the organization. Really, the money are now in China. It could be the new Japan with better organization and even some more money, or not. Glory, Superkombat, all decreased financially. Maybe even the new K-1? Lack of sponsors in Europe in the case of SK and regarding Glory lost money after spent millions for shows in America.

isnt WLF super big in china?
This promotion is lacking hugely the organization from what I know. And they have money too. Maybe not at the level of Kunlun they brought stars, but they had stars (international stars of course). It"s just my opinion.

Pretty easy to pick ~8. In no particular order, other than FFC at the end.

Enfusion
Glory
K-1
KOK
Kunlun Fight
Superkombat
Wu Lin Fen

FFC

Probably should have Krush in there too honestly but I watch like none of their fights since they aren't broadcast anywhere that anyone outside Japan could possibly watch.

10th would probably be one of these:
-----------
WGP - Does nice shows and has a decent schedule...and then not a peep in months.

ACB - New, but if their MMA schedule is any indication to where they will go with their kickboxing events then this would be #10. They'll basically have every top Russian fighter not named Artem Levin fighting for them this year.

WFL - Good stuff, not broadcast anywhere so enjoy that...

Tatneft Cup - Okay stuff but they keep putting it out there.

W5 - Same as WGP. Good stuff and then they go away for half a year.

Wouldn't rank Respect World Series anywhere yet. Let's see them actually have an event and not go away right after.

GFC seems dead.

not even close to kunlun in ratings/tickets sold and budget. kunlun is the biggest promotion.
Wouldn't argue with anyone saying either way really. Hard to say even having followed the Chinese scene quite a bit.

Can say however that their budget is increasing, they'll focus more on huge cities and they have much much much much much better support from their TV network than Kunlun does.

1. Kunlun/Glory
2 .Wu Lin Feng
3. Enfusion
4. K-1
5. KOK or Superkombat
6. the rest

I put Glory at the top with Kunlun, but only if we just count the Europe cards. If we take in account the shitty american cards, Kunlun reigns supreme at the top.

speaking of Glory. 'itstimeforglory' has fled the scene ever since the abysmal glory card with marcus vs levin. he is nowhere to be seen to defend what has happened. how weak

Maybe it"s better this way. I wonder how will SK agree with this. Of course, they announced this year shows in Spain (4), and 1 in Milan, Romania and next event is in London which will be the biggest because of the sponsorship. But I can see them doing really well with Digi Sport behind. Digi is the our television which brought the television rights for dozens of millions. Eurosport is more promotional, that why Irimia decided to go for the United States.

My top:

1. GLORY
2. Kunlun
3-4. SUPERKOMBAT/K-1 (K-1 improved)
5-6. Enfusion/WFL
7. KOK (simply because GFC is dead)
8. FFC (last cards improved a bit, but it was more regional before)
9. Respect World Series aka Respect WS/Respect/RWS
10. WFL

The last 2 are new promotions, from Romania and the Netherlands. Respect with the Respect Gym of Bucharest mainstays: Adegbuyi, Stoica, Stoica, Cătinaș and Bădoi, and which promises future bigger shows. And WFL of the Netherlands with a very nice 3rd card but I don"t trust them since A1 WCC is pretty dead. Of course, not only the Russian promotions (I"m not talking about Akhmat which came and will surely go) are solid but also the Russian Tatneft is but they don"t reach my top.

I don"t care if you like my top, I know some kickboxing and in my opinion it"s objective. First tier is normally only the first 4 (Glory, Kunlun, Superkombat and K-1), maximum the top 6 (Enfusion including and WFL of China; but to me Enfusion is still under SK and it was a lot under but not that much anymore, while Wu have one of the poorest organization in kickboxing regarding how much money they have).

seriously? superkombat ahead of enfusion? have you seen the skill and entertainment discrepancy between the events? enfusion blows superkombat out of the water each and every time again. it's not even close. make a poll and ask people and you'll see. you are a bit biased when it comes to sk

Lumpinee
Rajadamnern
Glory
K-1
Krush
SuperKombat
Enfusion
WFL
Kunlun
Tatneft

Oh. Did they ban you, scum of the earth? How many accounts do you have, the haters of the Romanians? What a manipulator. I"ll take your head off!

You"re not welcome here since you have a mental disease. I remember when you went crazy.

Glory
Bellator will be
Supercombat
Kunlun
K-1

Lion fights muay thai
Oktagon
Enfusion

Are you serious? it seems like Kunlun shows in china have almost no people in the stands. Wlf usually has a decent audience but they are probably giving away a shit ton of tickets. kunlun has the biggest budget but wlf tv parters usually spend more on the event production and aesthetics. Also i thought wlf gets much bigger ratings because they are on a nationally broadcasted channel while kunlun's main broadcaster is a large regional channel

Jiangsu broadcasts nationwide and is bigger than Henan TV AFAIK. Hunan (that K-1 was on) and CCTV then trump both of them.

Don't know about the ratings really. There's actual ratings info available but it's all in chinese and from what I've seen as images so you can't even translate with online tools. If someone read Chinese it'd be a fairly simple question to answer I'd imagine.

Your journey into the world of Chinese Kickfighting won't be complete unless you've fully adopted the language, grasshopper.
