A few years back my Wife worked for a huge fortune 50 banking institution in a large building. There was a huge incident where lower level employees were lying on time clocks helping each other punch in and out etc. A group also was caught selling office supplies like printer ink and printer paper to local stores. They were fired and charged but then sued for racism and wrongful term. They lost and the company shipped those departments to India. As for TP, just one roll won't hurt but be careful big brother is watching.
