I'm typically pressed for time cause of a full-time job and boxing practice 5 days a week. So I usually only have time to take my supplements when I wake up (6am) and when I get home from practice (around 9pm). I was wondering if my current split is too much to be ingesting at one time.

    cissus (1fast400/powder form) 1.5 grams

beta alanine (1fast400/powder form) 2.8 grams

Flax seed oil (costco brand/pill form) 1.5 grams

    glucosamine/chondroitin (costco brand/pill form) 1.5/1.2 grams

    miracle 2000 (multi-vitamin/liquid form) 1cap full

fiber one (disgusting fuckin cereal) 10-15 grams fiber

    then repeat at 9pm

So far my stomach has not been upset and there have been no other signs that the split is too much to take. But I was still wondering if there is any downside to this schedule? should I be taking more/less of a particular item? thanks in advance
