Does GAT still got the special mineral? let me know if GAT is worth it

Oh shit. Source? Google didnt turn up anything. That's hilarious if true!

Uaiwa said Penn repeatedly abused her verbally and physically over the course of their relationship. She also said Penn tried to get her to have sex with other men and pressured her to smoke marijuana.

Several of Uaiwa’s allegations revolve around drug use. She said Penn has been a drug addict since age 14 and “uses his training camps to try and stay sober.”

that stuff in capsule and pill form are not PEDs, those are OTC vitamins, I can ID some of them even, I see fish oil, green tea extract, zinc, magnesium, multivitamin, niacin, etc. What Tony and Woodley are doing is just a kitchen sink approach where they take everything they're allowed to take just in case it gives even a minor boost.

Some of those look just like otc typical pharmacy 'vitality' pills with a shitload of ginseng and stuff. I tried to stack them like that handful thinking I'd overcome adhd and instead felt like my heart would explorde

It all depends on what you mean by tainted. If you are talking about them secretly putting PED's into supplements for the sake of improving the product then I agree. If you are talking about unexpected ingredients and garbage then I disagree.

Some supplement brands/products are much cleaner than other brands. They do get tested by independent laboratories and some of the ones available on the market contain a lot of garbage including poisons. Fish Oil is especially tainted with fake crap and garbage quite often. Only a few brands make a good quality one worth consideration. Many of the brands cause more damage than good.
some are tainted with fake crap. other supplements are tainted with viagra, steroids, etc., like proven in a lot of research the last years, for example in this huge study: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2706496
there's nothing to indicate that someone's tainting them on purpose. especially since there's been multiple lawsuits through the years because of adverse effects from these tainted supplements.

The ones you are referencing are for the sexual enhancement, weight loss, or muscle building areas. If I am a fighter as my career, I would not be using random brands that aren't already tested by one of the independent laboratories. It isn't that expensive to access this information.

The ones for general use (nutrition, strong health, etc.) aren't likely to have steroids or sexual additives (in the USA market at least). For the most part most of them have levels of the stated ingredients that don't match the label. As an example tablets may be far above daily recommended intake for that vitamin (or below the stated amount). The percentage of Omega-3 fatty acids in many brands of Fish Oil may only constitute a few percent of the product's total mass making it a rip-off (essentially a placebo). A lot of the supposed high quality dark chocolate (cacao) sold contains high levels of lead and/or cadmium.

there are many smaller supplement companies (also in US), who isn't as strict with testing their products, etc. and a lot of supplements for different purposes (weight loss, nutrition, etc.) are produced in the same facilities, even if it's for different companies.
and, there's a reason USADA now tries to push fighters to use supplements on the USADA approved list, to avoid the tainted stuff. if all the fighters already was very smart in this area, they wouldn't even have needed to do that

Prob pisses out 98% of that shit. Vitamins are a scam in general. ESP for a fighter who should be eating healthy.

There is no such thing as "in general" for vitamins. It all comes down to researching what you eat whether you are measuring your proper vitamin intake from real foods or supplements. It is now easy to get your blood tested to find what you need to enhance with supplements if your food diet comes up short. You can get the cheap blood test for a couple hundred bucks or you can spend thousands to get lots of detail.

Most people just buy cheap junky vitamins in their grocery store and then feel like it did nothing for them. But you must research the brand and product ingredients to get it right. As an example, many people come up short on Magnesium. But if you don't research the different types of magnesium and just buy the cheapest crap on the store shelf it may not be absorbed very well. There is Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Dihydroxide, Magnesium Aspartate, and Magnesium Carbonate that aren't the best forms for absorption or benefits. The forms Malate, Glycinate, Chloride, Taurate, Orotate, Citrate, and L-Threonate are all better.

khabib already has better cardio
God...Am I really reading that? This varies from person to person and has been a longstanding myth. Not sure if trolling or actually casual. Amanda Nunes has better striking than him.

Tony has the best cardio in the sport and it's not even close. Followed by Usman and Colby I guess.
