I have glasses and about 10 years ago I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses on one of those 2 for 1 specials. There isn't any reason to wear them inside and especially on dark places. If you don't like bright lights then you take them off when your are in a dark place and pit em back on when it's bright. I once broke my regular glasses at a friend's and had to drive back home 30 miles at night with the prescription sunglasses and took them off cause it was worse in the dark with them than without
