You guys know how some of the champs are 2 or three steps ahead of their opponents? Like Aldo is 4 steps ahead of Connor and thats the most out of all the champions, Well Tony Mother Crunking Ferguson is 5 steps ahead of his opponents. Thats some Ultra Beast mode chit going on with Ferguson.

Future LW Champion? Questions is when!!!

THoughts? IDeas?

i wonder if sherdog can go a full tony ferguson thread without somebody asking where someone's kid is at :)

Well he didn't look five steps ahead of Michael Johnson or Danny Castillo... :P

That was back then. Now he eats, poops and sleeps MMA. He watches tapes on his opponents while eating. He envisions how he will win while he is pooping and he sleeps also.

Read it, you will see, the guy is in beast mode, you could see in the Josh Tompson match.

He wasn't even five steps ahead of Josh.

He wasnt 5 steps of Josh but he was 3 steps of him and you CAN'T deny that. Now he has upped his training and video watching and has upped 2 more steps to reach the 5th Steps. He will display this versus Barbosa.

I can deny that because that would be my opinion like him being five steps ahead of his opponents is his opinion.

Even if he beats Barboza, which I think he will...it's not going to be easy.

Also...define just one step?

Tell you what: next lightweight champ right here. Tell you what: he's cocky and arrogant, but tell you what: he's backin it up!

he'll never get the light weight strap

he doesnt look like a champ either, he kinda reminds me of ronda's coach edmund

What stupid question is that? Steps are what you take when you walk.......
