Seriously, how this kind of body condition is possible?, This girl looks like she could chop down all UFC womans in Strawweight and Flyweight division.

Bet that crazy bitch is dynamite in the sack.

We all know it is useful but we are internet trolls and we like to make fun of the fighters.

She's on that Dr. Tony Ferguson shin shattering knee popping regime.

Don't forget when Jean Claude Van Damme had to chop that tree down with kicks in preparation for Tong Po...

I was waiting for this to happen

There is so much stupid going around.

Kick something hard, but not too hard. Do it often and over long long time.

You will get thick bones.

Volume training on pads and heavybags. And light sparring without shin guard.

There are no shortcuts, magical ways, or other quick fixes...

Volume training without stupid shit.

Kick normal things ffs.. And do it often

True that. Repeatedly kicking a heavybag makes your shins sore as fuck. Especially if you’re new to it.

I have seen a lot of MMA training videos.. and other than Tony, nobody kick iron.

Cool guess because you haven't seen it must not exist then...

F.Y.I this is old world training..many old school karate dojo practice this as well as shiolin monks and in Thailand for Muay Thai they strike a variety of items building there bone thickness over time through mini fractures and letting them heal causes the bone to strengthen it takes time and practice one can't simple start with kicking metal you have to work up to it..over years
