Tony Cecchine Instructional DVD

Does anybody know how good his catch wrestling instructional is? If you've seen it, maybe how is it put togethor (professional or really ametuer)? Good bad, whatever. Thanks for any input you guys can offer me.

It is put together well. The positioning stuff is really good. The other stuff isn't all that great, IMO.

I'd recommend these DVD's. I got a lot of little extra details that added to my skills. Definitely worth the money IMO, and I liked seeing a different approach to some things.
