Here comes Greg Hardy who's a legit top tier NFL player gassing out in 4 mins. These guys may have decent reflexes ,immense work ethic but zero Cardio. If you have poor Cardio you don't deserve to be called an A level athlete.

Average distance run in some sports ( In other words cardio)
NBA- 2.72 miles
NFL- 1.25 miles
MLB - 0.5 Miles
Football - 9.5 miles

Football is not the most popular sport without any reason, afterall its a true display of A level athletics. So the next time some NFL/NBA guy enters UFC dont term him an A level athlete, yes they're still better athletes than many MMA fighters but not A level.

A level- Football
B level - NFL/NBA
C level - Wrestling, MLB
D level- MMA

Only filthy casuals will disagree with this.

Put Sergio Ramos in there imo, JBJ elbows for days

Hardy can't even throw A-level illegal knees. You'd think a HW would've put his opponent in dreamland or at least broken his jaw. So he even failed at that.

So according to ts the guy on the left is the better athlete because he can run longer....

The diving on the floor and rolling around is a bit of a problem if real footballers took the pay cut and tried some MMA though.

Marathon runners are the true A-level athletes if we go by that criteria.

Really the best conditioned athletes are nordic skiiers, but they're not going to win a sprint against the world's best.

Lol the result would be the same, DQ from flopping

<{chips}>

Fighting athleticism is so different from conventional athleticism. There’s a special x factor gene that determines how good at fighting you are, separate from the things that’s make you food at football or lacrosse.

Also Greg is going to get flatlined by anyone in the top 10 no matter how hard he trains. Set him up vs Francis ngannou make it happen dana

I didn't know being an A-Level athlete was being a manlet who chases balls.

Here's a fantastic and revolutionary thought process for ya. How about, instead of claiming somebody could be a great fighter based on how much they bench, how tall they are, or how fast they run, we instead look at skills in various martial arts as well as the level of their intangibles (heart, fight IQ, ingenuity, etc). You know, the stuff that actually matters most in MMA...

Nvm, that's crazy talk, huh?

Losers are still talking about this?

I disagree, NBA players would be as successful as Fútbol players in MMA.

Most NFL players would get worked once they fight someone who can handle everything they throw at them. They would soon have to work on cardio but there fighting would totally change. Example Tyron Woodley, why do think he wasn't trying to finish his previous fights because he knows he would have gassed if they withstood what he throws.

From now on anyone who mentions a level athlete seriously should get Ip banned and their mother raped.

would love to see cristiano ronaldo get in there with any middleweight. cue the waterworks as soon as anyone touches his legs.
