The guy was a beast, 6'2 of pure muay thai destruction:
Wastleland, also quit making threads TS.
You are definitely another competitor for GOAT shit poster.
I think it's time for another card to be added to TS's count so he can pump the brakes on making threads for a while.
No way he beats the monkey dude from Bloodsport.
Chong Li already turned him into Dominick Cruz. Dude couldn't even make it into the TUF house.
Just another example of K1 striking being overrated.
Hey Jeicex, i read your blog... Are you a Dream Theater fan?
I sure am. What did you think about The Astonishing? It has the fans split in two.
Chong Li with that Greg Jackson oblique kick.
I guess i'm in the minority, but Kickboxer was better than Bloodsport. Better villain, better mystical asian man, and of course better dancing.
is this the kind of shit that got you yellow, TS? You used to be a semi-decent poster.
Did you ever watch Kickboxer 2? My god. It totally destroyed all of the wonderful things that happened in the first one.
Is that the one with Cody from Step by Step?
It's the one with Cody from Step by Step. Heartbreaking start to the movie, when they're like
Oh yeah, Tong Po killed those guys from the first movie, so here's the little brother to...fight Tong Po again.
Yes...and it wasn't even as bad as part 3
It was the same movie
I did see it, along with the Bloodsport sequel "starring" Daniel Bernhardt. I don't remember much of the story tho. I vaguely recall the antagonist being the leader of a crime syndicate who ran an underground fight league, but I may have it confused with every other straight-to-video martial arts film released in the past twenty years.
The only other Bloodsport I saw was Bloodsport IV: The Dark Kumite. They were in a prison fight league where they fought to the death. It was ridiculous, and had Bernhardt in it too.
Also, holy sweet jesus, did you know about this movie they're making called Lady Bloodfight? It was once called Lady Bloodsport, and it's billed as...you guessed it...the female Bloodsport. Here's the wikipedia entry I just found. My god, man.
An all-female remake of Bloodsport titled Lady Bloodfight (originally Lady Bloodsport) is set to be released in 2016 from producer Bey Logan and directed by Chris Nahon with action choreography by Hung Yan Yan. Originally set to star Jet Tranter and Selina Lo, the film now stars martial artist/stuntwoman Amy Johnston (and no, it's not Amy Jo Johnson from the Power Rangers), Kathy Wu, Jet Tranter, Mayling Ng and Jenny Wu. The story follows "a beautiful but troubled American girl" named Jane (Johnston) backpacking through Japan who is recruited and trained to fight in a vicious, all-female, underground martial arts tournament known as “The Kumite”. Principal photography began in September 2014 and shot in locations such as China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Came here to goof on Thong Poo, instead found DT fans! Been a fan since When Day and Dream Unite. Seen them in concert many times and actually have tickets for a show in May. Not a big fan of The Astonishing yet, but it may grow on me like Falling Into Infinity.
We already saw Lady Bloodfight. Well, we didn't actually see it, but I heard she was a good fuck.
Separate names with a comma.
