Based off his performance in the Nakamura fight I would think Breese would lose but then based off his performance against Pendred I think Breese would win.

Interesting fight.

Samething i was thinking that japanese guy was throwing him around lol. Cote has been kicking ass at WW since his lost to wonderboy. Cote would beat his ass he looked terrible in his last fight lol.
 
Why would Cote do this? I get why Breese would try for this but Cote is having a bit of a resurgance and needs to try and keep climbing the ladder. His only losses since 2010 are to Cung Lee in 2012 and to Wonderboy in 2014 and he even arguably won the first in that fight. I don't think he's going to end up top 5 but he deserves to try and keep climbing.
 
I think a fight between Thiago Alves and Patrick Cote I think this fight does not end the judge's decision , and if Patrick wins UFC obliged to give him a top 10 fighter

Keita Nakamura is really good, he was a champ in Japan and have a nice record. We don't know him too much but he's really good...

I had him winning 2 rounds to 1 pretty clearly.

Ridiculously awful? don't be ridiculous. He was facing a guy with a good groundgame and still (somehow) won the fight. If it was up to me I'd have Cote vs Saffiedine and Breese vs Nelson

He didn't throw or land much of anything the whole fight and got taken down multiple times. It was objectively a horrific performance.

Keita has a very good ground game and Breese managed to survive on the ground so that's saying something. Was a good test for him. And odd you say that considering sig strikes were 32-6 in favour of Breese.

People think Nakamura and Côté are the same fighter?

I love Côté, but his wrestling/submission game isn't nearly as good enough to do what Nakamura did to Breese.
 
Give Cote a higher ranked opponent, he deserves it
