I didn’t read it all so no I didn’t realize it and the UFC is gay if that’s what they’re doing. I don’t know every detail. All I know is I’m tired of the crying about the Jones fight, as I’m tired of people waiting for Conor to fight, Jesus Christ just move on already.

And yeah, I think Tom is a part of the problem as well because he also won’t shut up about Jones. Like dude you did your part, you called him out and now if he doesn’t fight you, it’s on him, just move on with your career and stop crying about it.

Right but how exactly can he "move on with his career" if the champ won't commit to unifying and the organization won't offer another fight? He can't contractually leave, and the UFC is only obligated to offer him a fight every x amount of time. Dude is a fighter and just wants to fight. Jones? Sure, that's best case. Someone else? Okay. But acting like he's "whining" when his career is legit being fucked with is stupid.

Dude look at the details. As others said he's bitching because he's literally being forced to sit out in his prime because the champ is ducking and he's beaten everyone else. Only notable fighter he hasn't beat at hw is Gane who is ducking him too. And even if he wanted to just crush cans, the UFC isn't offering him fights while they gently beg the champ to maybe someday defend.


I'm not even a Tom fan I don't care about the guy at all, but it's pretty easy to see where he's coming from. He even said he doesn't care if it's Jones and would be fine if Jones vacates and he fights someone else. Yes just tired of the belt being kept away from him when he's basically cleared out the division.

It sounds like they did, and the UFC is stringing them along with "No just be patient, we'll get Jones to agree." This is where the frustration is. With fans sure but also with Aspinall and his camp. And a lot of it is directed at Jones but he's only doing what the UFC is allowing him to do. How people are surprised that Jones will use every second given and stall things as long as he's allowed is funny. Like...the dude shown for almost 2 decades the type of guy he is. Being pissed at him for doing what he's always done is pointless. The real frustration should be with the UFC for letting shit play out this way.

Eventually they'll force Jones to decide what he's gonna do. Guess we'll see how much more time they give him.

Aspinall is the interim chsmp, ready to sign and has been ready. The champ is holding things up, AND the UFC won't even offer alternative opponents to the interim champ. They're basically saying "Hey just wait and lose time during your prime. And if you get tired of waiting, wait some more." Its fucking stupid, and only a moron would think it "whining" to want a fighter to...you know...actually FIGHT.

Given that Tom's on record saying he just wants to earn money and go do something else before he gets too injured, you have to wonder if it's not more worth his while going to PFL. Him and Francis alone would make it a more entertaining division than UFC HW

Would love to say Rizin but he'd run through that division and I can't imagine them paying as much
