Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I need some advice before I spend cash at the doctor. No insurance at the moment. Anyway, I have been training semi-hard for the past 7 months and for the past 2 months my big toe, and the toe next to the pinky toe on both feet have been killing me. The pain is very bad when the toe is bent sideways/abduction, aduction. The pain feels like a jammed finger but just will not seize. I took 2 solid weeks off and did nothing but rest. NO exercise at all. RICE applied twice a day. First day back at it, and same thing. It is getting worse and is now starting to hurt when not training. Any ideas? Anyone have this problem? How to fix it? Thanks for the help. Also, most of the time they feel normal, no pain, but as soon as you bend them sideways it feels like a break. Takes the breath away type pain.. It is very odd and I cant find anything about it anywhere on the net.
