What and event it was. So exciting to watch Wand lose (don't get me wrong, I as rooting for Wand) and then watch Shogun avenge his loss. Then later the rematch where Wand avenged his loss to Arona personally.

Watched it on ppv. Literally got chills watching the Fedor v. Cro Cop bout. Pretty much the last time I remember that happening. Those were the days.

I was in college, and I remember it like it was yesterday. One of the greatest mma events ever (imo, Final Conflict 03 was the best).

Also, I have that red poster. I see it every day.

Bought the PPV and recorded it on VHS. I think "Live" was the middle of the night for me because I remember watching the recording later. Amazing event and MMA era.

haven't seen Jones wreck anybody without elbows and 5 minute rounds

personally think he would of had a hard time making to the finals of the tournament.. not saying he couldn't but guys like Arona and Overeem specifically would be tough match-ups for him

I miss PRIDE. Best MMA org ever, the best fighters of the time, the best presentation to this day. MMA just isn't as fun or exciting as it was when PRIDE was doing it.
