TMZ reporting right now that Pac vs Money is a done deal!

It can't be. "The Pac Street Elite" claimed he was ducking and the fight wasn't going to happen.

Just put this in the other thread. Multiple threads are a pain in the ass.

I don't follow boxing and have never seen either of them fight, and yet I am excited by this. Which should tell you how big a deal it will turn out to be.

God forbid checking the other thread

Kevin Iole ‏@KevinI

Jaja, that's Iole just trying to avoid eating crow as he was one of the ones clamoring on about how they'd NEVER reach a deal.

P.S. - Word around the campfires here in Vegas is this deal was done 4 months ago.

So bust out the champagne?

So bust out the champagne?

If you feel it's worth champagne at this point.

I'd been in talks with a couple of people down at MBC about getting one of our guys hired as a sparring partner. Those talks began 2 months ago. We have a fighter we call "Flash" who would be a good candidate to work with Floyd in prep for Pac. He WAS supposed to work with Algieri in prep for Pac but they never called us back:

If it was done so long ago, why hold off on the announcement until now?

They're saying its close but not done yet on ESPN.

You can't buy publicity like this "Yeah we're gonna, no wait we might not...but hey we're going to the same game without knowing it (not a chance that was a coincidence)...and NOW we're gonna do it!!" horseshit.

It's called media hype.

Seen that video not too long ago. Is Flash planning on turning pro soon or focusing on the amateurs and learning still?

Surely you're not implying that Iole is a hack?

His Pro debut is happening March 14th.

And no...I would NEVER insinuate that....Kevin Iole is absolutely a hack.

MSN has just reported it too.

I'll believe it when hustlerz reports it.

Watching Friday Night Fights right now.
They discussed the probability of it, but nothing definite has been said.

Makes sense, and that Flash guy looks like a solid candidate indeed

I think fight is a done deal and they want to say its a done deal with a fight date during the Super Bowl.

So yes, they will deny it and make a big announcement sunday!!!
