Im currently 173.5 lbs post morning dump, 5' 8" tall, 22 years old, with a body fat percentage of about 20%. My goals are to gain strength while dropping to about 165 lbs, and to increase my aerobic and anaerobic endurance. Once I graduate I plan on moving to Tulsa and start training at Trition.
