Holdsworth tried really hard to not throw TJ under the bus for a while there. Then he finally told the truth. Dillashaw has long been known to be someone who goes overboard in sparring and doesn't care for others' safety. Holdsworth's story is sad. The guy was talented. Dillashaw's chronic shoulder injury forcing him to retire is his comeuppance for all the shady shit he's done.
