And during those reigns he has beat Joe Soto, Renan Barao and tried to hold up two divisions.

But please keep telling me Mighty Mouse is the one who needs to prove himself as a champion.

Dillashaw fought legit competition. Mighty Mouse shamelessly ducked a true challenge and fought a bunch of jokes.

Joe Benavidez is a joke?
Jon Dodson is a joke?
Ian McCall is a joke?
An olympic gold medalist is a joke?
Horiguchi is a joke?
Bagutinov on EPO is a joke?

Barao was kind of a big deal homie.
He also fought Dominick Cruz and Cody Garbrandt in title matches.

3 p4p opponents vs. 0.

Both need to prove themselves if they are going after the mantle of GOAT. If they aren't, they don't need to prove shit. Because Mighty Mouse is in discussions already there's a higher threshold for him than TJ. Thus, his reign isn't being compared to TJ's, its being compared to Fedor's, GSP's, and Anderson's, and Aldo's reigns.

dodson and benvidez are ok the rest are jokes yes. McCall is a total joke and he almost won that fight, Horiguchi is beating rank 40 cans in Japan, Bagutinov where is he no clue he is boring and a joke.

Yeah man, these guys are pathetic. To overlook MM achievements is so fucking lame. Cant wait for him to finish TJ with some slick ninja shit...can't wait.

As a Mouse fan, the fuck are you talking about?

-TJ lost an early stoppage in the TUF finale to Dodson cuz of "Always on the Herb" Dean. Got robbed against Assuncao in a title eliminator, but got his rightful spot back after Assuncao got injured, and then beat the fuck out of Barao in a fight everyone doubted him. (Acting like Barao sucked then cuz he's fallen off now is borderline retarded and you should check your doctor after this thread is wastelanded, btw).

-Because of Barao's streak, TJ had to fight him a second time, but ended up having to fight Soto on short notice because of Barao and no one else, and Soto was the best bantamweight on the card at the time on literally a day's notice, then rebooked the Barao fight and whooped him again. After that, he had to do the unification fight with Cruz that could easily have been scored in his favor.

-Then when he wasn't champion but could have been if it swung in his favor, he was fighting the actual number 1 contenders while Cruz settled his TAM grudge-fest against lower ranked opponents. TJ took on Assuncao, who still hadn't lost his top contender consideration despite fighting a few times since 'beating' TJ the first time and on a 7 fight win streak, as well as completely shutting down heavy-handed Lineker who was technically the number 1 contender at flyweight (if he could actually make the weight) before getting a 4 fight win streak at bantam as well.

-In the meantime, Dom got schooled hard by Garbrandt, who TJ came in against and fucked up with a headkick before scream-kissing his face in one of the most intense post fight moments I've ever seen.

I'm hyped as fuck about a fight between him and Mouse, and if TJ gets scolded by Daddy Dana and told he HAS to drop the title and decides against moving down, it's a shame, but he'll still be arguably the best bantamweight of all time. You can take that trolly bullshit and shove it where the sun don't shine, and I don't mean the bridge you live under.

You should probably learn about what you are watching before you comment on fighter's skills.

The flyweight division as a whole is a joke. Nobody stands out besides DJ. Sergio is a top contender at 125 and he's just a much worse version of his brother.

Is it a joke because the fighters have no skills or is it a joke because MM is a pound for pound all time great?

Fighters are much more than their records, current level of competition, or last fight indicate. What flyweights do you suggest MM defend against? Just TJ if he makes the weight? Well it looks like that fight is happening so what are hou bitching about?

Renan Barao was hailed as one of the best P4P fighters in the world at the time and had an incredible streak going. The fact that you dismiss him shows your ignorance.

He came a hair away from defeating Dominick Cruz (you could argue that he DID beat him, but I;m not here to make that case.)

Then he whopped the actual #1 contenders like John Linekar and Raphel Assunacao while Cruz was fighting other people and ducking a Dillashaw rematch.

He then KO'ed the champion Cody Garbrandt, after Cody had just come off an incredible performance against Cruz.

TJ arguably has the greatest resume in Bantamweight history.

It's a joke because DJ is the only great fighter at 125. Every fighter at 125 besides DJ would get outclassed badly by TJ, Cody and Cruz. Who looks great at 125 other than DJ? Who's dominating people? Nobody.

Why are Mighty Manlet fans so scared of him fighting TJ?

I like champs that like to fight.

Benavidez, Dodson, and Cejudo are just as legit as anyone that Dillashaw has beaten.
