Well you see now Ngannou is a hw and so is Stipe, plus Ngannou has actually fought several times at HW to earn the ts. TJ is a BW and MM is a FLW. TJ has never fought at 125, therefore has not earned a shot. Although, i'd have no issues if MM said yes to the fight.
