Chael's fight IQ has been horrible recently. I hope he realizes by now to avoid giving up positioning at all costs. He is a front runner who can't fight through bad positions.

You know I never thought about it that way, but you're spot on. If Chael can a rythm going and get some takedowns, he just rolls with it and usually wins. But once he gets hurt or stuck on the bottom, he folds like a lawn chair.
