I HATE throwing uppercuts on regular heavybags, but I wonder if this one is good for uppercuts?

Meh... we have one similar to it, the Teddy Atlas Bag . It's ok but nothing beats an actual uppercut bag or Wallmount "box" for throwing upper cuts (aside from pads and someone's chin).

A cheaper and better solution is an uppercut donut.
