All I do lately is sprinting and burpees for conditioning? Is there anything else that works you out just as hard for cardio?
 
anything done at high intensity...

swings, snatches, clean and press, med ball slams, sandbags, power ropes.

The list is endless.
 
Sandbag turkish getups. Did 200 in an hour with my 80lb bag the other day. I think I actually menstruated.
 
You make one.

And you search youtube for sandbag getups. You'll see finnegan doing them.
