Can't afford a gym membership and if I train outside my body just wont warm up, no matter how hard I run/jump, I dont even sweat.

How cold is it where your at ?

i don't believe that, man. even when it was snowing in the Appalachian mountains I could work up a nice sweat.

Dress up better and do your warmup before you go out?

Calisthenics circuits/burpees/shadow boxing/stair climbing/whatever at home?

This works out pretty well.

It's pretty close to what I was lifting in earlier. Warmer clothes and warm up inside, That's all you need.

It's about -5 celsius here in the morning, I lift and run outside. Just wear an extra layer

I've run in shorts in temperatures colder than that.

Just did another jump rope session in this weather. Wearing warming clothes helped but it kind of restricted my movements making jumping harder.

Also when it's cold I feel like I get much less oxygen with every breath than I normally do

Or, "Spring" as they call it in my country...:icon_lol:

Wear layers of warm clothing, make sure you have good training shoes(or boots if the snow is really deep)and go Run. Or get a sledgehammer and do rounds on a big tyre; if that does'nt make you sweat, your dead.

I spent a Christmas in Scotland. I took pictures of the green grass, because what the hell are you doing, have green grass at christmas?
