Time to Man Up

I

There is no God but Crom, and Wendler is his Prophet.:icon_chee:cool:

Damn Wendler is the fucking man.

"but if you kick as much ass as possible in the weight room and conditioning field AND start OWNING the fuck out of your given “sport” (you better start competing and making your training count)"

i like this part :D

good post

In general, Good looking physiques usually follow how healthy you are and how capable you are at survival or sports.

I've read you should sprint more than 200 meters total, maybe from wendler i forget. They do like 10 - 20 meteres dashes x 10

The most important thing Ive learned from Wendler is to stop being a pussy. His attitude coaching has helped me more on the weight room than his ptogramming has

Dammit, I'm supposed to have a recovery day but this made me want to get sone strongman lifts and sled sprints in.

Same here. I have a recovery day scheduled for tomorrow, but I'm having to fight the urge to go back in and Lift.

But as Wendler himself says, sometimes it's what you don't do in the weight room that makes you stronger.

Well I did have a badass manly recovery breakage consisting of pancakes, eggs and steak. :icon_twis

God I hate the phrase "Man up" Do we really need to identify every attribute we don't like with women?

Other than than agree with general outlook of the article.

What would you prefer the go-to phrase be when asking someone to be less of a baby dick waste of flesh??

Quoted for agreement. Pussification (not equal sign) =/ Womanification

awesome article though.

I think his main point is that your attitude is just as important as work, diet and genetics. The biggest thing that Ive gotten from his book and articles has been lifting the barbell off the rack with a purpose instead of wimping it off like I used to. That little tweak has improved my confidence and my strength
