Previous regimen. I thought it was time to switch it up a bit. I've been gaining in strength, but now I feel like I've gotten into a rut. Nice workout. After only two classes in Mauy Thai (I found a place down in Bethleham, PA a few weeks ago) I can see why it's such an integral part of mma stand up. But, right now, I'm taking a judo class two nights a week. I think that some of the people in the class are going to start coming in and doing just randori. Hopefully I'll be able to make the class. Guess it all depends on what night it's on.
