Time to Book Tate vs. Zingano II

With the controversy in the first one, it was inevitable that this rematch had to be made sooner or later. Zingano's coming off a loss to Rousey, and still relatively fresh in people's minds, meanwhile Tate is the second biggest WMMA star next to Rousey, so this is a logical marquee match to put under Rousey-Holm and Jedrzejczyk-Gadelha for a well-established all WMMA card.

Nunes is another top contender in a nearly depleted division, so it makes no sense to kill off one top contender if she's booked against Tate. Nunes needs a fight like Alexis Davis.
 
Tate's fighting Nunes. Cat should fight Davis, or the winner of Pena/Eye.
 
Tate wins a rematch imo. She'll use her hands more and hopefully won't keep going for takedowns if she gets swept again.

Tate-Zingano and Nunes-Davis are both remathes.

Tate-Nunes and Zingano-Davis would be fresh fights.

Why it doesnt make sense to you is that you don't see that Rosuey will be retiring soon. That is the only reason to rush the #9 Holm fight.

AND what contraversy are you talking about. Zingano dominated Tate to finish the 2nd round and all of the 3rd. When the fight was stopped, Tate dropped to her hand and knees. There was no hand or arm movement to suggest that she was going for a single leg like she said she was.

Actually, yes. I would love to see the match up.

Or give either one the shot and crushing Cyborg who won't make it out of the 2nd round with either of them.
 
Better match up then Ronda/Holm....I'd actually watch Cat/Tate 2
 
I like it. There would be some real animosity there too.
 
If Tate is fighting on the same card, she needs to headline the prelims. An all women's PPV is a terrible idea
