Anyone else feel it might be time for Nate The Great to hang em up and call it a career? I usually don't ever say if I feel a fighter should retire or not, but I really don't wanna see Nate take any more damage and there are some real monsters at 185. I'm just not she he can compete with the best of em anymore. He's had a great career and I'm sure he could make a good career coaching

If SUBLIME FAN thinks it's time, it's time.

It's been time. He had a great run and a very respectable career, but there's nothing more that he can achieve in MMA at this point.

I would have liked for Nate to have gone out on the Dollaway win.

Sadly I think he should have gone out a while ago.

His fights have been, and will be coin toss fights where if the lands a big shot he can win, but if it goes for any length of time, or he gets hit hard he will drop and eat bombs.

His time is over, he just won't accept it yet.

I also notice that he just doesn't look anywhere near the same as he did during the TRT years. Coincidence?, I don't think so.

he should hang them up. his team should make him hang them up.

every time he gets a win, he thinks he's back.

no. you just crushed CB who decided to brawl and tapped a te-tuna, who is terrible.

the rest of his fights since SF are him getting flatlined or beaten to a pulp.

Nobody here knows when's the time.

Not only for Nate, for every single fighter.

Agree with the people who say it was time a few fights ago. Love Marquardt, but he's taken enough damage, and it's time to walk away.

Everytime i see Nate backed against the cage

Nate's been out of his prime for a long, long time but he can still fight. As long as a fighter wants to keep fighting, he should keep fighting.

He has given us some of the most brutal finishes ever, but its time.

It has been the time for a few years now.

I don't know how they keep allowing him to take fights.

I didn't see his fight yesterday...I'm assuming he got brutally finished, as usual?

There is no question his health is suffering worse ioper fight than most.
