This thread was already made but the trash title is confusing so here it is again. Does Tim deserve a top 10 opponent after that? I think he absolutely does. He is severely underrated and has fantastic striking/evolved wrestling.

26-7-1 which should be 27-7 and lost one of his last 8 UFC fights...

What's your angle? Have you ever seen a Tim Means fight before tonight?

He was all over Oliveira. He should be facing top 10's now.

  6. I love his style. His stand up fundamentals are really really good.

He was wrecking him the entire fight. Wouldn't be any different. I'm salty because I've been a fan of Tim for a long time and he got a NC when the officials couldn't even agree what to call it. He wrecks anyone outside of top 10 so give him top 10.

    Yes I did
And a two win streak over two nobodies doesn't get you a fight with a top 10, specially in a division as stacked as WW

I think you just don't like the guy. His fighting speaks for itself. Not gonna argue with your stubborn ass.

It's not not liking the guy, it's just being honest
Before this NC he was on a two fight winning streak over a guy that was fired and a UFC debutant, and before that he was finished in the first round, albeit in a exciting fight, still was finished by a guy that is 1-5 in his last 6 and his only win is over Means.

Not saying that he's a bad fighter or about to be cut, Means is solid but he should be matched up with the likes of Usman or Jouban not a Lorenz Larkin

    Imagine Means vs Larkin... firefight

  17. That was a 50/50 fight until he cheated.

Why would he move up in the rankings? Lol.

  18. Totally wrecking him when he got cracked on the feet, dropped with a spinning back kick and then thrown on the ground. Lulz.

They both had their moments, it was completely unclear who was going to come out on top though. No one got wrecked, until Means resorted to throwing illegal knees.

wrong it will be 26-8 after it is changed to a DQ. Nothing accidental about those 100% obviously illegal knees.

But wouldn't mind watching Cerrone beat the shit out of Means in a cross town rivalry. I guess not really cross town anymore since Jackson's moved much closer to fit NHB.
