as a huge fan of the warrior, i thought this was an appropriate thing to post- not sure if it belongs in the war room (mods)- just wanted to bring attention to what this sheepdog is up to today- if youre not a fan of beck, his nazarene org does great work regardless, so hopefully the thread wont turn into an argument about him-

tried to timestamp but failed- 11minute 15 sec mark is good

not sure if support links are allowed, but to support, info is available in the vid-

Sounds like he made things more difficult for our non retired soldiers already in a shitty situation in an attempt to make some PR for himself

these guys are hopelessly propagandized

talking about the military there being heroes, fighting evil and protecting children, when they just last week literally bombed and massacred an entire innocent family, the youngest being 2 years old. it also turned out that most victims didn't die when the bomb went off but when US and Turkish troops panicked and opened fire on civilians after it went off

there is nothing heroic about invading foreign countries, especially nothing heroic about bombing and killing people for 20 years and then leaving your allies there to die while pretending to care

Pretty much sums it up.

Glenn Beck I’d fair and balanced, bro’s since he’s an independent or whatever.

Seriously, I definitely support our military personnel and supported going after Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda/Taliban, but I'm sick of the military hero worship. "Protecting our freedom" .... from goat and sheep farmers hiding in caves half a world away whose best 'attack on freedom' was flying planes into buildings 20 years ago ... I don't think our 'freedom' is really in jeopardy. Everybody knows people in the military, they are regular people doing a job they signed up for. They can be heroes or not. Just putting on a uniform when you're 18 doesn't make you a hero.

No they worked with US government and DOD on civilian contracts so they can do the stuff the military wasn't allowed to do because of their deals with Taliban, with US military being forced to stay in the airport. They rescued a lot of high value targets and a lot of Afghans during their time there. Which wouldn't haven been able to be done through regular military because they weren't allowed to leave the airport.

so the US broke their promise, meanwhile the Taliban didn't

That was a result of the bomb that was in the car that was targeted. It was an ISIS bomber car. If it wasn't hit with a drone strike the numbers would've been similar to the other bombing that just happened before it. You can google those numbers of the dead and injured. Yes it sucks the family got killed, but even more would've been killed if it wasn't stopped.

Also try saying they aren't helping to the hundreds of thousands of Afghans that were fleeing the country during that time. Thousands crossed the border on foot while others got evacuated at Kabul airport. You should research the numbers of Afghans that fled the country so you have a better understanding of what is going on.

No because it wasn't an official military assignment and the Taliban broke their deal numerous times by preventing people access into Kabul airport.

They should be lucky they got that they did, when is the last time people spared collaborators who assisted occupying foreigners in a war

ISIS bomber car lol, you literally repeat some Pentagon press release and think you know "what is going on"

how did 20 years of occupation and murder help exactly? that corrupt government was the help? the billions wasted that went to warlords, offshore accounts and the taliban? the massive scale opium production?

US coalition killed more civilians than the taliban did.

people flee because of the impending civil war, and the uncertainty and because the taliban sucks. but don't forget, there would be no taliban without the US funding extremists for decades in Afghanistan
