Fighting to a standstill with Wonderboy Thompson (because neither deserved to win, really) is a feat in and of itself. It's something that not even the current middleweight champ could do.
 
But but Woodley is the issue in his fights.
 
Anyone remember all the Platinum talk? He was facing a guy who makes you pay for your mistakes, and that right hand is what he was trying his hardest to avoid the whole fight...and he finally got hit with it...and it is all over folks.
 
Till was pushed way too early for a title shot in his career and it showed. Basically a tune up fight for Woodley since he had a lot of ring rust.

The current MW champ was nowhere near the same level back then, so thats irrelevant

and it wasnt a standstill. Wonderboy CLEARLY won the 1st, 3rd and 4th

damn near all the media scored it for Stephen too
