So I have never taken them before, I have only used regular boring vitamins. All my classes are over for summer and I don't have a job at the moment so I figured I will start running in the mornings then go to BJJ at night 4 times a week. So I went and bought some mega men sport time release vitamins at GNC the other day. Now my question is, does it matter when I take them during the day? Should I just take them in the morning since I will be running or take them before I go to bjj at 7 pm? It sounds strange taking vitamins at night so I assume the correct answer is in the morning? And since they are time released they will work up until BJJ. Noob question I know but I would rather make sure I am using them correctly and be called a noob on the internet then to be using my supplements the wrong way.
I take 1 first thing in the morning and one before bed...Right, wrong I dunno but it's always worked for me.
Honestly take them together or apart it doesn't really matter the only thing I say is if you break them up don't do it before bed it could interfere with sleep habits due to the sport having the b complex and amino acid complex of a 5 hour energy shot. Do it at breakfast and lunch or something similar.
Of course if you're getting lucky, you might want that B complex before bed. I don't think there's enough L-Tyrosine in them to have that stimulant effect. At least I've never noticed it.
