Any good? If my schedule permits I'm going to check them out.
The training is focused on traditional muay thai with little or no application to MMA. The place is TINY...very little space to actually spar and train. Still...the teacher is a great guy and has some great insight into traditional techniques. He has no experience grappling though...so you won't get an MMA adaptation at all.
Ah that's no good. How do you like Nashville MMA? How's their striking program there?
