I've switched my post-workout protein drink to Vega whole food health optimizer powder about 2 weeks ago and I just wanted to say how good it is (or how much better I feel).

Before I used to use Isoflex or QuickMass, both which left me bloated and drained. With Vega I don't experience any of the bloating and I usually get a second-wind later on in the day.

The stuff is amazing, 26g of protein per serving plus a whole other boatload of good, natural vitamins & minerals. I have the chocolate and it takes some concentrated efforts to imagine it's chocolate but it has been worth the effort.

It's 100% vegan, and has no filler or other crap.

If your looking to switch up your post-workout supplement I think it's a worthy choice in this day and age.

No offense if it's not, but this post sounds like an advertisement, "plus a whole other boatload of good natural vitamins and minerals."

after watching mac danzig in the ufc, i've been toying with my diet a lot. i've been eating a massive amount of green veggies every meal and also taking 2 servings of 3tsp of Greens+ every day in addition to a whole foods multi.

i also cut back on coffee and the amount of meat that i've been eating. i'm sure i've lost some strength but i am never sore, I am more flexible and I feel as though I have much more energy. I heard about the vega product while searching for greens+ alternatives.

You guys should check your noses then... I didn't post a link to an online store, just right to the website where you can get more info.

Yes, I joined recently... but again, check my posting history if you suspect weird behavior.

Enough banter though, it's a good product... expensive when compared to other meal replacements but very much worth the price tag based on the quality ingredients.

This stuff might be the goods, and might not, depending on a person's needs. But one thing I definitely dislike is when something advertises itself with words like "health optimizer infusion"...it's a meal replacement, nothing more.

I hear you, I don't like that tag line either for the product. But if you compare it to other meal replacements ingredient to ingredient that's where it starts to shine... you can get it in single-serving packets to try out but IMHO you won't get a true sense of how it works for you body without trying it for at least a week or two.

But like any supplement it's just that, a supplement to a balanced diet... something I need to work on badly. :)

Agreed. Although it's a bit limp to say something like that of any one particular product. The industry is ripe with hyped up this and that. If you walk into any sports nutrition store, you'll find it is filled with sleek marketing Power Maximum Ultimate Burning Super Duper Colossal Supreme Ginormous products! lol

Been using it for a month, it's good... worth switching as it kinda combines a greens/protein combo in one shot.
