Thug workout

Looks cool, suprisingly. I might try that stuff out. That is perhaps, the only thing that I don't hate about "thugs" and "gangstas". Maybe I'm a hillbilly, but those exercises look great.
 
There is a climbing frame and all sorts of stuff next to my building - Im definitely going to start sneaking down there at night to try some of those.

Make sure you rock some white lifting gloves and put up a Thug Workout banner.
 
Awesome stuff man thanks for sharing. There's a kid's jungle gym at the park near my house I'm going to try some of this out there.

That was actually useful. Forget the ergonomics, some of that will help break up the monotoney of what I'm doing.

some of that looked ok to me should i do some of the stuff they were doing there or should i keep to deadlifts and benchpress for strength

maybe sub it in bench days. Fit it in misc. times.
 
I got the whole film. There is a -lot- of good pullup variations. Ussefull stuff.

Fairly good deal of abwork.

Some pushups and dips.

No legwork.

Thug prioritising...;)

i have this pull up bar but its on a door should i try some of the "l-pull ups" they were talking about because some of the pull up variations i can't do because of space of the door frame.

and the way the bar is shaped like a semi circle or 2 arches well when you hold onto them its harder to do than pull ups when your palms are facing towards you, why is this?
