Media Throwback - this is the greatest 1-2 I've ever seen by a Heavyweight (he should be serving life in prison for this)

the one he dropped AJ with was gorgeous, too.

honestly he's had a bunch of really clean ones.

Klitschko is a pretty underrated HW, his jab was world class.

special mention to Deontay as well, he has a lethal 1-2 with a right hand down the pipe

i think with Klitschko, he was fighting for so long from such a young age and his frailties he had when he was younger always stuck with him, even though he never fell to pieces for the majority of his career, he looked affected by something early on and seemed to have stamina and punch resistance issues, these seemed to leave him when he got with Steward and fought exclusively in Germany, make of that what you will but he was almost like a different fighter

Lewis right hand on Rahman was more of a looping shot than right down the pipe, but it was one of the greatest one-twos ever

kind of odd to hear people saying the 1-2 is under utilised at HW now because I was thinking it is over used in place of limp hooks/uppercuts and hayemakers. The 1-2 is pretty basic tech and doesn't require much set up to utlise, so I figured in a division of weak fight IQ it has become more heavily relied on.

more of a slapping 3-2 but wilder's on breazeale is one of my favorites.
